1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between you ("User," "Seller," or "Customer") and KFC Mart. By accessing or using the KFC Mart platform and its services, you agree to abide by all the terms set forth in this Agreement, as well as any future modifications. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify, revise, or update these terms at our sole discretion and without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms for any changes. If you continue to use KFC Mart after such modifications, you acknowledge and accept the updated terms.

2. User Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of KFC Mart, such as becoming a seller or purchasing products, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify KFC Mart and take action to secure your account. KFC Mart will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Use of KFC Mart Platform

You agree to use KFC Mart only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and international laws. Unauthorized use of the platform, including attempting to access accounts, systems, or data not belonging to you, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, legal action, or other penalties.

As a user, you are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Uploading, posting, or transmitting harmful or illegal content, including but not limited to viruses, malware, or misleading advertisements.
• Attempting to exploit any security flaws or vulnerabilities of the platform for malicious purposes.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including impersonation of other users, false representations, or identity theft.
• Using KFC Mart’s platform to promote or engage in illegal or unethical business practices.
• Engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with the normal functioning of the platform or the experience of other users.

4. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on KFC Mart, you are responsible for ensuring that your products are legally compliant, safe, and of satisfactory quality. You must provide accurate and detailed product descriptions, including pricing, shipping methods, and return policies. You are also responsible for processing orders promptly, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

By listing products for sale on KFC Mart, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your inventory, pricing, shipping, and customer service. KFC Mart does not intervene in product transactions and does not take responsibility for any disputes between sellers and customers.

As a seller, you agree to:

• Adhere to KFC Mart’s listing guidelines, including restrictions on prohibited products.
• Respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provide accurate and clear return and refund policies to customers.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection laws and tax regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

5. Payment Terms

Users and sellers are responsible for all payments made on the platform. Payment for products purchased from sellers should be processed via KFC Mart’s payment system. KFC Mart is not responsible for any errors or issues related to the payment process, including payment disputes or delayed transactions.

For sellers, KFC Mart charges a commission on successful sales, as outlined in the seller registration process. This commission is subject to change, and sellers will be notified in advance of any modifications.

Refunds for products or services purchased through KFC Mart are subject to our Refund Policy. In the case of a dispute, KFC Mart may mediate between the buyer and seller, but the final responsibility lies with the seller to honor their return and refund policies.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

KFC Mart values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. We collect, store, and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse or share any personal information that you receive from other users or customers on KFC Mart. You must also take necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of any sensitive personal data you handle during your use of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KFC Mart, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform or services;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content provided by KFC Mart;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any disputes or claims arising from transactions between users and sellers;
• Any third-party content or links on KFC Mart that may cause harm or inconvenience.

KFC Mart is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the platform.

8. Termination and Suspension

KFC Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the platform. In the event of termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will be revoked, and you must immediately stop using the platform.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you will still be responsible for any outstanding fees or payments. KFC Mart may also delete or retain your account data as required by law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, India.

If you have any disputes, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve the issue amicably. However, if resolution is not reached, legal action may be taken.
