Please take the time to read the following policy, which applies specifically to the services provided by KFC Mart. We do not manage or get involved in the return and refund policies of individual sellers.
1. Seller Account Cancellation
If a seller wishes to cancel their KFC Mart account, they may do so by following the steps outlined below. Please note that account cancellation will only apply to your KFC Mart account and does not affect any transactions or products sold through your independent store.
- To cancel your account, send a request via email to support@kfcmart.com.
- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process the deactivation of your account within 7-10 business days.
- Upon cancellation, your access to KFC Mart's business management tools and services will be terminated. However, your store and any products listed will remain managed under your own policies and responsibility.
- Remember, cancelling your account with KFC Mart does not cancel any ongoing services you have with us, such as website packages or SEO services. If you wish to cancel those services, please follow the appropriate process outlined below.
2. Refunds for Paid Services
At KFC Mart, we aim to provide excellent services, but if you are not satisfied with a service, you can request a refund within the specified timeframes. Please read the conditions below for requesting refunds for KFC Mart services:
- Refunds are only available for services purchased directly from KFC Mart, such as website design, SEO services, or analytics tools.
- If a service has been activated or used in any way, no refund will be granted.
- To request a refund, you must send an email request to support@kfcmart.com within **7 days** of the purchase date.
- Refunds will only be issued if the service has not been activated or used. If the service has been started (e.g., website development or custom design work), no refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the approval date.
3. Seller's Own Return and Refund Policy
As a seller on KFC Mart, you are responsible for setting your own return and refund policies for the products you sell. This means that you have the freedom to define your store’s return policy, including the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. However, we want to be clear that:
- KFC Mart does **not** intervene in or manage the return and refund policies for individual sellers or the products they sell.
- Sellers must clearly communicate their return and refund policies to customers. This includes specifying the conditions under which a return or refund will be allowed, such as timeframes, reasons for returns, and the steps a customer needs to follow.
- If a customer initiates a return or refund request for a product purchased from your store, you are responsible for handling it directly according to your store's policy.
- In case of any disputes related to returns or refunds, KFC Mart is not liable for resolving these issues as they fall under the seller's responsibilities.
- Sellers should ensure that their return and refund policies are prominently displayed on their store page to avoid confusion and ensure transparency with customers.
Please remember that the policies set by individual sellers are independent and are not regulated by KFC Mart.
4. Non-Refundable Services
While we strive to offer quality services, there are certain cases where refunds will not be issued. Please refer to the list below for non-refundable services:
- Account Setup Fees: Once your account has been created, this fee is non-refundable.
- Subscription Fees: If you have signed up for a subscription-based service (e.g., monthly SEO services, website hosting), no refund will be issued if the service has already been provided during the billing cycle.
- Customization Charges: Any custom work, such as special requests for website design, additional features, or personalized services, is non-refundable once the work has commenced.
